LUEberation occured on February 10, 2005. For much of the previous year, LUEshi was against the Terms of Use with punishment ranging from Notifications to instant Suspensions. On this day, Sashanan made a topic on Life, the Universe, and Everything announcing that the crackdown was over. LUEshi was now considered normal however, it was to only be posted in Social Board topics with an ASCII warning in the topic title. This announcement was met with much enthusiasm from LUEsers who went crazy with LUEshi for a while.[1]
