Lunarhawk99 is famous for having the user ID 888113, which is the highest user ID that was able to access LUE after SteriLUEzation.

Because of unwanted attention, Lunarhawk99 did not post much on the board. LUE still continued to hail him as "The One" (As a reference to The Matrix and the fact that Alt+888113 came up as "1") and waited anxiously as Lunarhawk approached 150 karma (to enter LUE). Upon reaching that mark and posting, he posted three topics; his first went to 505 posts, one was deleted before it could hit 500, and the third got to 516 posts. [1][2][3]. However, with all this attention, Lunarhawk simply avoided the board after his three topics, and LUE's excitement died down. At the same time, there was some controversy over exactly why Lunarhawk's LUE topics were deleted[4].

Around this time, in August 2004, Lunar showed up at Random Insanity. One of his first topics commented, "and boy, it is messed up" (referring to LUE). [5] Most people didn't recognize him, unaware of his fame, but those who did know didn't say much about it. Lunar was welcomed into the RI community, and has been a fairly frequent poster since then.

On June 18th, 2007, Lunarhawk99 was axed through abuse of the moderation contest system when he appealed a moderation up to a lead moderator. However, he still posts on LUElinks occasionally.
