Moderator is the userlevel moderators are promoted to after spending a certain amount of time as a New Moderator. The only significant difference between the two userlevels is the ability to instamark a moderation, which allows a moderator to mark a message and instantly be taken to a page allowing them to handle that mark, rather than having to manually find their mark in the queue. After remaining on the staff for four years, a Moderator will be promoted to Level 52 Veteran Moderator.
