The Unholy Trinity is a collection of three very disturbing pictures which spawned on LUE. These pictures are highly offensive, and posting any of the them will result in serious punishments and possibly banning. They are most often used in suicides.

Goatse
Goatse is a shock site containing a graphic picture of a man stretching his anus incredibly far. His anus is bleeding, and his scrotum can be seen as well. He also has feces on him, as well as a mole on the upper left edge of his anus. The identity of the man is Kirk Johnson.
The word Goatse has become a backronym that stands for "Guy Opens Ass To Show/Scare Everyone".
Goatse is certainly the most famous of the trinity, and one of the most famous shock sites in the world.
Tubgirl
Tubgirl is an image of a naked asian woman lying in a bathtub, projecting a fountain of liquid feces mixed with orange juice from her anus, after having recived an enema. This image is infamous for being placed in profiles on GameSpot, and was a favorite of shoooter's.
Harlequin Fetus
A Harlequin Fetus is an infant affected with a skin condition known as Harlequin Ichthyosis. On GameFAQs, the term refers to a certain picture of one such child with cracked, dry skin, no ears or nose, bloody eyes, and swollen feet and hands.
While it is the least well-known of the trinity, many who have seen the Harlequin Fetus say it is in fact the most disturbing, although obviously, opinion differs between each person.

- Bloggerpals - A relatively new site that has a rather nasty picture of two naked men sitting on a swing with what appears to be an air pump inserted into the anus of one of the men. Both of the men are coated in feces.
- Bottleguy - A website that simply contains a picture of a man with a large glass bottle stuffed into his anus. His dangling penis and testicles are also visible. It is possible that the man in the picture is Kirk Johnson, AKA the "Goatse Man".

- Lemonparty - A website found in the early days of LUE containing pictures of three naked old men on a bed, engaging in kissing and oral sex.
- Tubboy - A parody of Tubgirl, only a man is doing it.
- Last Measure - A well-known site that spawns many pop-ups of various shock sites, including Goatse and Tubgirl. Incriminating audio can also be activated upon entry to the site, making it one of the less desirable sites to visit, or more commonly, be tricked into visiting.
- The Pains - The Pains series are a group of 5 collages. Each one has many shock sites, including Goatse, Tubgirl/Boy, Harlequin Fetus, Lemonparty, and other shocksites with pornographic and painful images.
