An account is Warned, level 5, when it commits severe, intentional, or repeated violations of the Terms of Service. As a result of the lowered userlevel, Warned users are denied access to all level-specific boards, including social boards such as Current Events, which require a minimum userlevel of 15. Also, they cannot view full account profiles, only the username, User ID, and userlevel. Warned accounts can, however, still access Private Boards.

Level Description

5: Warned User on "parole" for one or more major Terms of Service violations. Can only post 3 messages per hour (10 per day), no topics, restored after 48-72 hours.
